Now I wonder if they will return with a new band name and stage names. Karasu doesn’t seem like retiring as bandmen.
continuing under this name was already a death sentence ATP.
Given the tone of their first statement one part of me believes they aren’t sorry of missuing the concept or the edgy, banal take of it, but how the complains reached their staff, the venue, the fans and other bands related to them ended up poisoning.
Or perhaps there is some internal reflection as artists.
In the end, is there still a lack of adaptation? Or of reading and reimagining these kinds of themes? Doing it in a more clever way (not necessarily poetic or philosophical) could somehow reduce so much recycling of visual identity.
I am truly no one who knows much about the inner workings of VIsual Kei groups, but I would imagine that all the things surounding the live performances would be organised by the label and not the band itself.
Literally the reason why this band interested me in the first place, THEY WERE NAMED FROM MY FAVORITE THEATER GROUP THAT I NEVER GET TO WATCH
To bad I get to know all of this fucked up shit they did
