All About Fangirl/Fanboy Culture in VK

the sad truth is, that’s my former friend who feels attacked.

She is a person who prefers being close to bandmen and wanting to be seen as better than you. We both didn’t like the mental behaviour of the VK Beats staff. So I’m surprised how she defends them with lies to make me Iook like I’m the bad person here.
That person is always only concerned about her advantage. I never knew that she is just like the other VK Beats staff. Only after bands.

Kinda childish, I will ignore this behaviour frrom now. Just wanted to warn people and maybe vent a bit

Oh, I also forgot to add that I wonder how Zeke Deux’s return flight to japan got messed up. Can’t speak or read japanese, so maybe they may have mentioned it… but I never saw / read that it was cancelled.

So I am curious if that was a fuckup caused by the organizers (who should be responsible for the flight). Def felt a bit sorry for the guys and hoped they still had a good time and that the resulting chaos didn’t taint their impressions of touring in Europe.

I can only agree on these sentiments. There were like 20 people 30 minutes before doors and I thought how is this sold out??? It was only 1/3 of the capacity. I feel like it’d have made sense at least to add more tickets after it “sold out”.

And the whole singing happy birthday (twice!!!) thing for the one member was so cringe to me. Especially since his birthday was already 2 or 3 weeks ago at this point. Felt like they just did it to make them like them more to me lol

As for the flight, it might have been overbooked by the airline. In this case they offer you to take a later flight and you get like 600 Euro (?) per ticket instead and free accommodation (if the flight is the next day). Just a guess though.

yeah I found it weird that a violin beginner played? She can’t really play good enough and useed her not in tunes violin as excuse.

The member looked very uncomfortable. Or was it just me?

Oh god, I already repressed that happy birthday thing (and also the violin playing) from my memory.

At that time I wondered if they just wanted to make such a show to make it feel like an “experience”, but yeah… it’s a bit odd to do at a regular concert. I also felt the metalhead dudes (that were standing further back mostly) were also confused by what they witnessed.

Ah, okay. Guess it’s because it was due to Oktoberfest… also a really dumb idea to make a concert where people from all over might come during that time since all the hotels were booked out or bloody expensive…

Well, it seems like they decided to borrow my term without understanding the context in which I meant it.

Seems to back up Antoinette’s point that they see themselves as being “above” fans in a way, despite clearly being fan promoters.

Yes, please.

There is two things that are interesting.

First off, why don’t they come in here to correct things??
Second off, they complain about @Antoinette giving out info’s, when they literally just do the same in that second Instagram story

Just saying…

I think the real proof in the pudding here is their choice of artist for this October…and the timing of when they decided to declare it.

I really don’t think they did Gertena any favours by choosing to spotlight them just a couple of months after people got angry at Agato. They should have attempted a third Starwave band like Xanvala, Misui, or shit, even try for La’Veil MizeriA and bill it as their final show.

But by going ahead with it, they just attracted more negative attention to both themselves and the band. And why? Because someone’s favourite member happens to be in both Gertena and Zeke Deux?

VK Beats are in Japan, trying to meet all the bands privately just to show off on their Instagram story. Not sure what there is to be proud of—it’s not like the bands actually want to meet them. The only reason these meetings happen is because the bands hope for a chance to play overseas. And let’s be real, it’s never the bands asking for a meeting—it’s always VK Beats. Kinda sad.
