Malace Mizer is not only illegally uploading the music. They actually claim to be the copyright holder (while they definitely aren’t) and are, for example, copyright claiming videos on YouTube to make bank. They are not a fan just wanting the music to be online, they are actively exploiting and profiting off of the fact that no one is guarding those rights outside of Japan.
