and well I still would be against it but there are some groups where you truly could say they might lack the budget to not utilise AI, but you really can’t use that excuse on Jiluka.
I am dissapointed and glad I never was that invested in this group anyway

It is a shame as i used to love this band and thought they had a pretty fresh style before BLVCK which was pretty good. But i dunno, I know they are growing as a band but isnt this all a bit try hard and just coming across cringe and just embarrassing at this point? Like this band are capable of so much better, they have done so much better in the past so is a shame to see them losing the plot. Haha.

Their earlier stuff was way better tbh but I can see this helping them gain overseas fans as well. Maybe if they adopted a crystal lake type sound it’d be better and not as overproduced
Listened to it again and I’m vibing with it more.
Jiluka are kind of becoming the Lynch of nu VK (or whatever this current phase is); they’ve found their niche and they’re good at it. It’s kind of like comfort food; when you want that particular thing, you know exactly what you’re going to get and you’re going to be bloody happy about it.
