I entered the lottery and it was super easy because they have an oversea option btw.
They will asked a phone number but no verification is needed.

Quite literally asking for a friend; Acquaintance in an local group asked and now I’m wondering too.
For example, if you’re watching Azavana in O-East and then next you want to watch Kizu in O-West, will you end up in a less ideal spot for Kizu cuz you gotta join in halfway?
Or will they admit based on lottery versus regular ticket? (think it’s the former…)
I don’t remember reading any specifications for this event yet. But I might overlooked it.
For another such festival (Kansai Rock Summit) the first shows at each venue were with ticket number system. All the following were first come, first serve.

People who want good spots for a band that starts later in the day have a few options
-
Get a good number, be the first few to enter the specfic venue at the beginning of the day, get a barrier/ saizen spot, wait for more people to enter, then offer to switch with someone. Once you’ve worked out the switching stuff (i.e. Who you’re switching with and when you will be back), you can then go to another spot or venue

No good number? Approach someone at a barrier and ask what they’re there for. Eventually you might be able to find someone willing to switch during the band you want

Your number is mediocre, and you don’t mind not being able to leave for another venue? Get into the venue as early as you can, then stay there. some people up front will leave every time the band switches, so use that opportunity to shimmy your way to the front. If you stay there from the first act, chances are you’ll be able to get a pretty good spot by the end of the day.
Bonus trick that is specific to this event - get an upgrade ticket that gives you a seat so you’ll be guaranteed a spot With a view when your band plays.

I see myself standing somewhere in the back because that involves waaaay more social interaction with stranger than I am willing to have for a better spot

MASKED will have a collaboration café from 05.20. -06.04. at Shibuya Tsutaya with costume displays, talks of band members, exclusive goods and food and drinks inspired by the members. 
Ticket sale already started.
They are really going strong with this project!
