I’ve had this on my mind for a while, probably because trending vkei is leaning toward metalcore-ification, and, sonically speaking, there are a lot of requests for what I think is akin to the sadness reflected in the younger gen’s view of the world today. > [@Random thoughts thread](https://forum.jrockone.com/t/random-thoughts-thread/1434/6726): > > I gotta start work but a thought just burst in my head: What would be the equivalent of millenial optimism era in vkei? Just two days ago or so, I was finding a song for a user, and I chanced upon Guild’s Uso Janai. Throw your tomatoes at me for missing out on this hit despite knowing the relevant Zany Zap bands like Anli Pollicino and Golden Bomber…and man. I feel like I smell 2013 in the air all over again. Just for clarification reasons, are you up to optimism (or maybe positive) in sound or even in lyrics? ---

I think they should go hand in hand, but anything that makes you feel fit that sense of hopefulness works! I guess soundwise would be the first consideration but open to interpretation 😃 ---
