I thought the bands might want to tour EU a bit around the festival! Excited for this, it’s looking good for Finland with Kaya/Schwarz Stein and now this

That’s fucked up. Why would they announce it that late?

I would have attended both gigs actually, but I booked my flight to Paris on the 10th (morning) and back home on the 13th (evening)

They wanted people to buy tickets to the festival first…

I get that. But I think the target group of the festival and these gigs is probably 85% the same. Many people are traveling to Paris and would have included one of these gigs too, I think.

Just hoping the gigs don’t sell bad and they cancel it.

I get what you mean, it’s a bit annoying. Maybe these would sell better if some people traveling from greater distances could also attend.

On the other hand, I’m from Finland and I don’t know anyone traveling to the Paris festival, as it’s so expensive even when booking the cheapest everything, but I know people who are for sure going to this gig. It’s all about the perspective, for some the Paris fest is unattainable and this is something they can do. Some people, me included, were really waiting for these kinds of gig announcements around the Paris date.

I know many people traveling to Paris from all over Europe. Including people who would have attended Berlin, B7klan festival AND Helsinki if they had annouced it before. People are in different bubbles and make different experience

I was just saying that I’m not sure if these “some” people are enough. And that they could have drawn bigger crowds to the oneman gigs by announcing it earlier.

Yes, people are in very different situations. I didn’t mean to imply that there are no people traveling to Paris from here, just that there are also lots who don’t but are still interested in this. I also hope these sell well enough, we’ll see. I’m sure the announcement was this late because of some contracts with the festival, which is unfortunate.

2 dates? That’s it? Kinda hard to believe wtf

If these two are succesful they’ll most likely come back for a full fledge tour next year or something. I’m pretty sure the festival will be a way to test the waters for B7 and see what band they could bring back again.

Highly doubt that. They are celebrating their 30th anniversary next year.

I don’t see why an European leg couldn’t be done as part of the celebration. EU tour are usually two to three weeks, sometimes even less, that leave them 50 other weeks to tour in Japan lol

The opposite can be argued too, so it all depends on your perspective.

Nightmare had the 25th anniversay last year and thei toured all prefectures + a world tour (mostly europe) and even got an EP release in between so, it’s doable.

They could have some coupling tour with some other band of the fest and visit Spain and others… with a small baby I cant travel to Europe now…but if would they come to Spain I could ask for 1 day leave from being a dad at home :joy:

Also funny how the priority entrance INCLUDING hi touch and photo is 10 Euro cheaper than photo only upgrade for the festival.
That being said, the regular ticket price is quite reasonable.

They should be a little more careful with their stuff and avoid grammar issues in flyers and similars, like that “informations”…even the band/Miya corrected it…and is not like they usually have perfect English :joy:

Surely it must have been their enthousiasm causing these errors haha
