On this occasion, due to a member’s misconduct, an incident occurred where concert tickets were made free without authorization. This caused significant inconvenience to our customers, the venue, and the bands that participated in the event. We deeply apologize for this situation.
The issue arose because a member, in an attempt to increase attendance, sent direct messages offering free tickets without permission during interactions with fans.
Moving forward, we will thoroughly re-educate our members and take measures to ensure that such an incident does not happen again.

Haha, a member of CHAOS actually sent me a DM on X to promote their stuff and ask me to come to their next lives 
but the link to the tickets wasn’t for free tickets in my case ^^
