Now where I think about the intention might have been to reference a certain trilogy of horror movies no one should actually mention the name of. But dunno if that makes it any better or possibly even worse.

As I remember the Regisseur has filmed one of the female actors overdose herself on set and has actually put it onto the movie

I would say, this album cover has to be the most accurate depiction of the old woman’s breast I’ve ever seen

like I can understand that this gimmick of poorly drawn album covers can be approached in a charming way and can be a good way to save one time budget. but in this case I just can not make sense of the doodle at all

that’s someone who’s big head is full of thoughts about dying ? something push him to makes him think about it aka that coca bottle or whatever. The deer shirt is cute tho lol I thought it was a baby at first but that’s a deer on a sweatshirt or whatever. But, why is he lying on the ground ? Why is he thinking about death ( I used google lens for the translation btw ) ? Why is he wearing a cardigan ( or a work suit ) , that’s the ( many) question(s).
At first I thought it was his own thoughts escaping from his mouth 
But i keep thinking it’s a bottle ( of maybe alcohol ) that he drinks to try and forget about his life, or alcohol is making him more depressed.
