I don’t know whether to consider PLC as an oshare-kei band since their sound and appearance is more towards the side of being a “cosplay band”, with fantasy costumes. I think people get confused because both PLC and oshare-kei bands have melodies with positive lyrics about life, love, etc. 
Gravity is also an oshare-kei band, even though I don’t really like the excessive sound of synthesizers and things like that lol (?)
