the album ended on streaming sites on the same page as the rapper R-Shitei, considering that both actually quite some fame, this might end up quite chaotic. (considering creepy nuts (a duo from him with a DJ) made the dandandan anime opening recently)

Wow, i see why don’t like them now. The songs aren’t anything like i thought they’d be. I genuinely thought they were a Kagerou like band, with those titles/visuals.

I love this band, and I didn’t expect them to be back either with Ga to chou literally just starting out, but it’s great to see what there’s no internal issues that could prevent them from coming back in the future.
Sharing pages with the rapper makes me wonder why they didn’t get a separate profile like Versailles did for example.

They are a bit of an all over the place band. They dip into weirdness as some points and relatively have a lot of releases. I recommend their latest album before they paused Shikaimonjo (死海文書)

I definitely can say, they were one of the few groups which actually were able to build up from their sucess and didn’t lost their spark different to other groups turning major. a few releases even far in their activity were weak, but they also never lost to deliver afterwards.
same. their marketing suggests a lot more than their sound can deliver imho

happy to get this album now as well, but I still wonder when the plan is for the singles to get released

I mean they must have also been one of the most successful and influential acts of the 2010s? I don’t know if you could attribute the whole high school menhera fad to them, but there sure is no one else who has fan uploaded PVs with millions and millions of views that for sure weren’t bought unlike what most vk bands in the late 2010s were clearly doing. They weren’t big in the west I think in part because some of the aesthetic experience that really appealed to their Japanese crowd didn’t translate over, and that people wanted to project their expectations of another angryman nu metal band on them (not entirely unjustifiably due to their earliest output in Catherine/R-15/R-18)
I’m also looking forward to the singles, and based on the collage image they uploaded those should be on the way… by 2026
