Wasn’t the dude already building his own shitty cult? So I feel it shouldn’t be surprising when there is more shit going on with him.

Oh my dear, if you don’t study the history of colonialism and you want to judge my Brazil, you can’t do it. You’ll never know what it’s like to grow up in a country where the hardships of colonialism are still felt today. So shut the fuck up.

Who is mike love?

beach boy/ladies man mike love who is largely blamed for the commercialization & nostalgic pandering that plagued the later decades of The Beach Boys’ career

I’ve been ghosted plenty of times on dating apps hahah normal to everyone nowadays, but this is the third time it’s happened with a job and honestly, the hypocrisy of Germans saying online ‘there are jobs everywhere, but no one wants to work’ is just ridiculous. What really pisses me off is that, in reality, employers couldn’t care less about applications or the hiring process. It’s pure disrespect, poor planning, and a total lack of organizational and managerial structure

nice to know it happens in germany like it does in the states. lol i used to work in human resources and i would have coworkers who would complain about how no one wants to work anymore. but it more is like no one that they wanted to work wanted to work lol

Loosely translates to “No one is willing to set aside their mental health for a low-paying job or be exploited anymore”

Yeah, and things only get worse. Bcs Germany actually needs labor to fill job positions. In a society where most people are retiring and there aren’t enough workers to sustain and fund those pensions, it’s a real problem. The trend in these wealthy countries seems to be shooting themselves in the foot until they end up in economic recession and crisis. In the case of Germany, despite all the available information… it’s this pride and ridiculous racial bureaucracy that ends up pushing away people who genuinely want to help and contribute to the country’s growth. I won’t even get into the other social issues I’ve mentioned here before.

What’s Yoshiki’s Kokomo then?

It has to be Red Swan. Late-career effort, an out-of-nowhere hit attached to an outside property (Attack on Titan and Cocktail ofc) which gained a good amount of traction outside their remaining core fanbase - while also pissing off said core fanbase by icing out the iconic vocalist within the group.

Red Swan is better, but is lacking in saxophone and was never performed on Full House.

My gut reaction is “The Last Rockstars (Paris Mix)”, but I could be missing something deep in his catalogue that fits better.

i asked my partner (totally not into vk) to name vk bands based on what she’s heard and seen me listen to and she told me “something like laroche-posay and les miserables” lmao

I just realised that most of my all time favourite bands/artists all begin with the letter D. DIR EN GREY, Deafheaven, Deftones, The Doors, Dom & Roland. The D is strong with me
