This was seen and approved of and in that sense is an intentional artistic choice. Since all the other members look normal my guess is they used someone else’s photo for Kyo or asked AI to create a person instead of using his own photo.
it would be a kii if he’s wearing a full-face latex mask and at some point he’ll pull it off, but I guess it’s just my wishful thinking ://
