Kiryu and Mejibray are bands that imo have lots of great b-sides:

Malice Mizer’s merveilles B-sides are great. I especially like these re-recordings of Au Revoir and N.P.S N.G.S (the Voyage version sounds like a demo in comparison).
I also adore the secret track Bara no Souretsu off the Beast of Blood single.
