About the project:
STILL ALONE WITHIN THE FLOCK
Vox Caprae is a free-form collective of artists and musicians, directed and produced by Frank O.T. Reilly.
Launched in 2024, the project emerged from Reilly’s frustration and self-loathing after spending over a decade navigating Japan’s underground music scene, where he often found himself disconnected and out of sync with everything surrounding him.
Vox Caprae operates under a SOLEMN OATH, a guiding principle designed to preserve artistic integrity — and mental sanity, within the collective.

Ebbravo Frank O.!
This project seems interesting, I’m gonna preorder before release.
Also, 1000+ points to him for not making me regret understanding the lyrics.
I like the vibes, and also the multilingual aspect. I don’t remember if ever listened to something with italian lyrics before. Will definitely check out the full album.
Bandcamp listening party, which will show an exclusive first listen to the album, will take place on 2/24 at 10pm JST
When I saw that the title track is 20 minutes long, I had a vague feeling I might be in for a ride, but nothing prepared me to this avant-garde roller coaster of a song. It’s upredictable, has great atmosphere, and a memorable sound, I absolutely love it. I did not expect something like this, at least based on first two songs (those are good too, though). This is definitely a highlight of the year for me, and a very promising project.
Just bought my copy (the physical ed of course) for Bandcamp Friday, the day where proceeds from purchases will go directly to the artist! Please support Frank
