目黒鹿鳴館 (Meguro Rockmaykan) president announced today that they will be closing and move location in January 2024 due to the deterioration of the building.
They can’t say when or where they will reopen but they assure that they will not stop the “history of Rockmaykan and will definitely revive”.
The famous livehouse was open since 1980.

They received a proposal from the building owner for an extension of about a year, so they’ll be postponing the move until the extension ends!
The venue will close on December 11.
