I found this 黒夢 footage on Youtube, it’s from SHOCK AGE 93 but like, the full live set that’s not in the original VHS. Any idea where it’s coming from?

This recording and many others from 91-93 before they went major has circulated amongst traders since those days. As is the case a lot of times, this was recorded by a staff member from the band and eventually leaked to fans. After they went major in 94, unofficial / staff recorded video bootlegs largely disappeared since they were playing bigger venues or had broadcasting rights sold to tv networks.
I know this particular live was available by a trader / collector ‘kuraikat’ in the early 2000s. Eventually part of his collection was digitized and released to the wilds of the internet a few years back. It is possible this comes from those files. If not, it comes from another collector.
Most of the people who collected VHS tapes in the 90’s have long aged out of the scene or simply don’t have means to convert VHS tapes anymore. Most likely this comes from someone who had converted the tape with a VHS-to-DVD player in 2000s and eventually ripped the DVD and uploaded it online.

Most likely all of these lives exist in video or audio bootleg form which is the only reason the setlists exist.
