1000 days later, we still can't find the artists behind this song... Can you help?

UPDATE: The true origin of the song has finally been revealed. A YouTube and Newgrounds user by the name of Fairuzons had posted it and claimed it as a discarded song of his in 2008. Fairuzons was infamous for stealing video game remixes and songs from doujin artists and passing them off as his own.

Hopefully somewhere among the sources for the songs he stole there will be the one true artist behind the song.
