It’s cold, except in buildings built in like the 1700s… glares at her sink
But yeah, it’s 100% safe to drink, I was just being overly fussy, and I’d say there’s usually a fair number. Not sure about this venue specifically ofc.

good and normal things
also hot
V npnp i think ur right too
You are right. Maybe I should have said that they ‘cause strange reactions and emotions’.
I would hope that water is filtered or openly cooled beforehand though, as France has tap water that smells and tastes of chlorine at times…
I just remember, I wanted to go by tap water when I’ve been to the Leipzig Book Convention several years ago. When I entered the restrooms there was a smell that reminded me of schools in the 90s and I just couldn’t bring myself to do because I couldn’t get that smell out of my head.
That seems incredibly unlikely to me, considering they specifically mention that it’s from the tap.
The water is generally much nicer outside the cities though, because the plumbing is newer. I don’t think it’ll taste as bad as in parts of Paris proper.
I only stayed in Paris so far (and know of the tracable chlorine addition in general). I would wish to visit rural France one day. And yeah, that was probably wishful thinking.
The mountains are very nice. I’ve stayed in Haute-Savoie/Jura for a couple months in the past for work reasons, it’s really wonderful especially if you like nature.
The small towns along the southern coast are also lovely, but I’ve seen much less of it.
It’s been 15 years probably that I have been to France, but even in rural areas you get the swimming pool water from the tap.
It won’t give your stomach issues like Egyptian tao water though, so… It’s one or two days, you guys will survive it.
Have fun and stay save for those who travel and go to the festival.
The chlorinated water does not taste the best, true but it’s still safe to drink.
Also, you can buy bottle water at the venue. If you are so worried, it’s probably worth to invest in buying it. We all spend so much money on this, we probably can affort water of all things. Tap is just the free option.
I will probably drink sugary drinks all weekend, tho. Water is way to boring for the occasion ![]()
I was also just being a little fussy, I’m kind of a… I’m just like this, lol. I don’t think I’m going to get sick from it or anything, but I can be decently pretentious about water for some reason lol. I will be drinking the water one way or the other, for sure lol.
I understand that B7Klan has a shuttle service after the show, but does anyone know if this goes to one specific hotel or whatever hotel you’re staying at? I hear leaving the venue can be a challenge
I’m hoping there won’t be another booze ban because of the heat wave![]()
It goes to a specific train station in Paris (Porte de Baglonet) From there you need to use trains or taxi/uber to get your hotel.
Check if it makes sense for you to use the shuttle at all. If your hotel is near the airport, the shuttle is useless to you. Get a taxi/uber.
Yeah my hotel is near the airport, so I will stick with the uber plan. Thanks!!
There are some public buses that run until around midnight, check those as well, or even walking if it’s close enough and you’re not worried about walking at night (I was planning to walk from my hotel to the grand arena, but with this weather I think it’d ruin my makeup). There are usually decent sidewalks, you can check street view (I’ve done late AM walks in Paris when I was younger, but ofc people have different feelings about doing that). Uber / Bolt shouldn’t be too expensive for a short distance (to the center it is pricey), although it’s been some time since I was last in Paris.
Hahaha ![]()
But yeah, I guess B7Klan is still diffrent also because Mana is there.
Yeah, and I mean the other Versailles members as well. Hizaki is in a similar boat and so on.
That said, I am shocked, really truly shocked and in a positive way, not because of the photo-taking because of reasons 2),3) I wrote above that apply regardless of how the band feels, but because this is genuinely a sign of a healthy self image from our aging vampire
Proud of him ![]()
Wow I never thought I’d see the day!! I’m sure this will be addressed at the festival tho like “please still don’t take pictures of Versailles or other bands” unless we get the surprise that they changed their minds completely. But I’m not expecting that lol
D’espa merch up, and it’s… really boring ;; I’m sorry I really wanted it to be good but I can’t do extra physical things at the moment and the shirts are bland compared to the D’espa shirts I have and they didn’t even have the cards I was hoping to collect ![]()
