their first digital single “The Last Battle” has been released on 11/6 and is the first of 3 consecutive single releases
I knew they were doing stuff but I didn’t tout it would get to the studio. Nice!

They recorded an album in August/September with the plan to release it in the Spring.
Soooo what happened to the other singles?
Seems like those other two singles aren’t going to happen consecutively if at all.
Morrie has mentioned recently that he has been recording in studio which most likely is for Godland. I rather him / they spend more time crafting those songs than releasing them prematurely.
Also, he has his annual birthday live on March 4th so I’m sure impending rehearsals for that will take away time from the Godland project or perhaps force him to work extra hard to get as much done beforehand. Sugizo also has a big Tokyo Dome show at the end of February with Luna Sea so that’s probably another thing that’s going to take away one of their members temporarily.
Yeah, I don’t think singles are happening but I though the album was already recorded so… unsure how much work they have to put in until it’s ready.
