Guitarist of the Raid. and Co´COON Bo_ya and vo. 星七 (Sena) from the Raid. have formed a new unit called 【終わりを告げるのはきっと彼】(Owariwotsugeru no wa Kitto Kare).
Their first single titled “フラレルラ山手線” (Furarerura Yamanote Sen) will be released digitally on 08/03 at 10pm (Japan time). Spot here.
They do not plan to do lives and will only release music.

Well Boya issued a statement for the Raid’s 13th anniversary saying that he wished the band could be active but for diverse reasons since the major debut things fell apart and they can’t do anything for now.
I really don’t understand what’s happening with the raid but I feel something happened between Sena and some of the members or management but who knows ?

Just guessing here, but going off the nature of his tweets, I’ve been under the impression that Sena’s wanted a break from the more involved band activities for a while. They’ve been around for a long time, so I don’t blame him for feeling that way. Hope they get back together at some point in the future before an official disbandment.
Also, I’m totally a sucker for Boya’s compositions despite using the same sfx for years
