DARRELL’s live appearance on 6/23 was canceled due to Ai being hospitalized for an illness. They don’t go into specifics about the illness, but Ai specified it was for empyema.

The pus buildup from empyema can put pressure on the lungs, causing pain and shortness of breath. Unlike lung infections, which can be coughed out, empyema can’t be coughed out and must be drained with a needle or surgery. Early and complete drainage of the infected fluid, along with antibiotic therapy and treatment of the underlying disease, is essential for successful management of empyema. With early treatment, most cases don’t progress to later stages and aren’t fatal. However, without proper treatment, empyema can be fatal for 5–30% of people, and the mortality rate is about 40% for immunocompromised people
