Can’t wait to watch it all live with you guys. I love that they use the premier format recently for their stuff (that they discovered the function) :grinning:

Can’t wait for the 15 second chorus teaser, then the 30 second middle-of-the-verse teaser, then the 3 minute promotional edit when the full song is probably under 4 minutes.

I cant wait for someone to do a cover of the 15 second teaser for the 30 second sample of the song. Sublime.

How many MVs do we have stuck in the (Promotional edit.) hell now?

We must be another year away from another AVARAGE WHATEVER, I think

I went searching and found this:

So I think it’ll be quite a while.

Interesting :eyes:

What the heck is this? Seems a bit weird. Especially as you can get used copies when it hasnt even been released yet. Haha

i think average nextius might potentially have 2 more cheap-ish PVs from the 1999-self cover single, and they typically film one more album PV per PV collection.

I think phalaris songs are perfect for making cinematic videos set to them, but idk if the budget for that kind of stuff is still there, I’ve been kind of underwhelmed so far.

we’ll probably get a live PV from the next european tour, too.

What about it? :open_mouth:

people (re)selling “used” CDs for double the price even though they haven’t been released yet

This is fairly ordinary.

Scalpers will pre-order limited edition merchandise and immediately dump it on marketplaces. When the official sources sell out, the first place people go is eBay/Rakuten or the like. If demand exists, the overpriced products will get bought.

Resellers are a big reason why low production runs suck for the customer. Limited releases benefit the company making them because this usually guarantees all their stock will be sold. However, it’s not much fun to be on the buying end because scalpers benefit so hugely from purchasing as much of the product as they can, and they mark up the price for maximum profit.

Fuck reselling. Fuck scalpers. Sad reality we live in.

oh lol didn’t even realize that, yeah that sucks`, can’t believe even DEG has scalpers

anyway, who wants to buy my TWOM vinyl for 500€?

“Even” DEG? The smallest visual kei bands will have the most insane markup on aftermarket sites. The whole scene is scalper city tbh.

Tbh a lot of the way things are going with this scene is just making me less and less interested. Only really keep track of a handful of VK bands now as it is. Most of the bands that got me interested in it in the first place are disbanded, changed style and suck now or just are taking the piss out of the fanbase really.

I agree that the title of this single is quite possibly the most embarrassing in the band’s entire discography.

Wondering if they’ll debut it on the EU tour.

Might disappear for a bit to prevent spoilers.

I think they should call the cgi alien dude from Sustain the Untruth cover, and see if he’s available for another photoshoot

He vibes with the title of this single
