Yeah, he’s been partly deaf in his left ear for decades
Since he has symptoms of dizziness and if that continues this might hinder live performances for him. It really depends on what the doctors said or how serious his condition is currently. Also wether or not he listens to the doctors recommendation.
If there is something serious that might come from it they might pause touring for a limited time or pause activities depending on the severity.

I think kyo Will be as open as possible seeing how he approached all this from a PR angle. But It’ll take time to make an assesment and take decisions.
