I am kinda curious how in professional field the wage of a (visual Kei) musician gets decided in Labels. Will get the rhythmic and the lead guitarist get the same amount or does the lead guitarist get bonuses for doing more complicated and straining riffs? Will the vocalist be paid the most? Does the bassist get paid the least?
I have absolutely zero clue how such things get organised and I would be curious to hear, in case any band ever made it public.

Make me wonder if merch sales is split evenly or if member specific things like checki is going to that member only 
so fan fav would earn more?

IIRC cheki money is split among bands like each person gets their own share based on selling their chekis so if you’re the most popular member you’d get more.
I feel like songwriters would earn the most over time because of publishing royalties. With tours and merch, they probably split within the band but I’m not really sure. I do wonder if salary split is all decided between the band or if label decides.
