I want to start wearing clothes like Arimura but I have no clue what I’m looking for and I don’t want to be called emo
Most people don’t know what VK is, that’s why they will end up calling you emo or goth.
You will learn to be confident and brush those comments off.
In regards of where you can find clothes, I have no idea, it depends on where you live. I often heard that second hand stores are a good option.
Also a friendly reminder, you don’t have to look VK to like VK.

I just did a little google search to get a sense about what kind of style we are talking about.
To me, his style seems to be more defined via things aside from clothing - like his hair, accessoires, jewellery, the whole way he presents himself. Most of the single clothing pieces you can see on his pictures look pretty basic (not in a bad way) to me.
So it all comes down how you combine it and this is something that will probably take some time for you to develop a feeling for this.
Ypu might be either still young and/or in a phase in life were you want to find yourself or redefine yourself 
If that is indeed the case, I would recommend to draw inspiritation from different people and find your own way to find “the real you”. Just try out different things and see what works and feels good for you and go from there.

Oversized clothes! But yeah, I’d go for loose t-shirts and cardigans.
You might want to check The Cure outfits too. These lads definitely had an impact on Pura, both on how they sound and how they look. It might give you extra ideas.
