Favourite albums intros ? ( and outrous ! )

Girugamesh had some of the best intros -

I would feel like I were raising a dead army at 0:34 if I were Satoshi

For me:

MUCC - Homura Uta

JDA - 1/5 no Otobako, haunting and beautiful

and fuck it, just to round it out-

DEG - Shinsou

That was an experience ! I love it thanks !

Loove the different vibes you can feel while listening to it ! Best MUCC era !

Another one that doesn’t sound like typical DeG but I dig it !

It’s a real shame from my end not to add these gems by Malice Mizer (loving their thematic numbers):

For the intros, let me see.

Gazette:
THE END
「剥離」 (hakuri)
[XI]
NIHIL
99.999

I also really like ミスイ’s (Misui).

For outros:

Definitely アリス九號.’s (alice nine.) Cradle to [Alpha].

And Gazette’s OMEGA.

That’s all coming to mind now.

Of course, it’s Deluhi. The only intro I’ve listened to hundreds of times

They were truly incredible. Sad that Rua and Yuri just dipped after that :frowning: them and biosphia deserved much better

yeaaay I love Deluhi thanks for this !

Not typically the intro of a single or an album but the alternative version of Jupiter is outstanding !

I really like Versailles’ overture to Noble. It is super iconic and encapsulates not only the album but all the Versailles-isms really well. There’s a reason they almost always open their shows with this prelude

My bad.

So to continue from my previous post: aside from those, I know that they are not explicitly “audio album intros/outros”, BUCK-TICK’s Aku no Hana PV collection (or “video album”) had these two as an intro and an outro respectively. Very silent film era-like (fun fact: the accordionist/programmer is actually playing variations of “The World is Yours” off the same album):

LM.C song Rainbow Magic Orchestra from Gimmical Impact album

Shiki Project song Jinju from Kureha album

I would put Fest Vainqueur song GAIN from Utage album but can’t find a video.

I’m a simple person, I like when intro songs start soft and a minute in they get intense, I consider that a unbeatable idea to start an album.

Except this one, this one I can’t describe or explain why I like it.

Love it ! Very typical of them !

proof that bands actually think a lot when they make intros and outros ! :face_holding_back_tears::sparkling_heart: gotta give them more love

LOVEEEE LM.C they’re the perfect dose of Oshare, just enough to not cringe and a big dose of creativity and talent !
