They wrote “Starting tomorrow, we will announce the different privileges available for each group.” in the announcement post before, hence my guess.
Edit: People asked them on IG about the other bands and they only said “Stay tuned”. Maybe they have permission of MdM/Versailles already for the privileges, but still haven’t managed to get confirmations from the other bands.

Oh good catch, I didn’t pay attention to the wording. I prefer that over total silence like the past few weeks, but come on.
Personally, I only go to this festival to listen to good music and see bands I’ve been following for years. I’ve never been interested in all the merchandising (cheki, meet and greets, etc.) and the fan service surrounding visual kei. So i’ll just go to the concerts and maybe buy a few CDs. Anyway, I’m too old to be a fanboy. 
80 for a 2 sec meet and greet and a signed pic/ poster ? Mana sama doesn’t even talk
i’d rather pay 20 more and have an actual picture with the members idk it’s just me. But I have an idea of why they’re not to keen to take pictures with fans.. :l ( the seniors mostly )

90€ for a basic framed picture went over as well as a lead balloon, so reducing the price by 10€ to get to meet them with a signed photo seems like much better value.
Still going to save my money for later, but it’ll be worth it for some people.
Add $20 more just to gawk at them properly for 5-20 min and I would take it

Yes. It should be around 10€ if they do the same prices as their previous events

LM.C prices are even higher now.
I’m relieved tbh, if it was a lot cheaper I would have caved in for An Cafe and LM.C, but I’m not spending another euro with those prices.
I can now wait for the concerts (and the 10th band) in peace 
I am thinking about the MdM Deal. Usually, I don’t care about M&G, Checkis, etc. and I also wouldn’t have taken the photo that was originally offered.
But…a handshake…I mean, it’s my favourite band ever 
And I am also wondering when we finally find out which bands applied for the Fan Vote. They already said that they will stick to the date of that streaming event with the final vote. Maybe they will give us details one day before that and then we have one hour for the first vote 
Imperial Age and Souffre apparently also dropped… or maybe is that nobody cared about it.
Those prices kind of show the bubble the VK sometimes looks that lives in.
Yeah, so much drama just to introduce a headliner meet and greet and cut 4/5/6 shots by 10€
If I end up heading out, I’ll save whatever cash I have for some merch and a Palace of Versailles trip
I am so annoyed that I have to purchase the exact same thing again…. Just for 10 € less…. Would have prefered to keep my Tickets and just get 10 € refund
