I’m not a huge Gackt fan but man I am having such a blast watching everyone’s videos they took! It looked like so much fun from the soundcheck to the actual show! I look forward to seeing the footage from Brazil and Chile.
Did the shanghai concert ever happened? cos japanese artiste concerts in china were cancelled en masse due to “unknown“ reasons.

Thanks for the info; Gackt’s twitter made zero mention to cancellations nor post anything related to it and china social media requires an account and no way am I going to sign up for one. Hong Kong artistes were also cancelling their concerts in Japan; maybe to pander to ‘unknown forces’.
So Gackt just straight up performed Au Revoir a few days ago.
i haven’t been keeping up with him but is the first time he’s performed mm songs in recent years??
That’s been the impression that I’ve always had, but I don’t really know for sure.
I think this was at a VIP type of thing and wasn’t part of the main show, which might explain why he half-assed it and let the audience do the work. Still, I hope he eventually gives the people what they want while there are enough members still performing to make it happen. If not for my old nostalgic ass, then at least do it for the poor Tik Tok kids.

Stunning as always, he sounds just as good 30 years later. 
Performing Malice Mizer must mean that things are good with MM management and Mana. Hopeful for a true reunion someday soon..
