Just an update - I have been doing Gackt’s penis dance/practice since I saw the video and i have gained 0.5cm, which isn’t bad at all.
Thank you for this update.
True growth isn’t just measured in centimeters—it’s measured in the courage to begin, the strength to persist, and the faith to believe in your own potential.
It’s not the size that matters, it’s the smell. Ok i’m going out…
Truly incredible, the scientific research i expect from a visual-kei fan. Godspeed, Baroque.
Thanks for all your encouraging replies, my friends!
How is it going for you? Have you guys seen any improvement yourself?
I do it it for 30 min every morning and evening.
I will never stop, at least that is how I feel right now.
One “funny” thing is that my father who I live with right now went in my room when I was doing it, I was doing it towards my wall and he was just looking at me for like 5 minutes before sayin Hey… (I was playing music and didn’t notice he came in). After that we ate together and it was a very quiet dinner. Pretty embarrassing… ![]()

Amazing things happening here
I am sorry if I offended anyone. I just thought commenting on it since Gackt actually released that video with the instructions.
no offense, keep the good work
That’s so interesting; I think it’s cool you gave it a try. Bummer to hear about the ‘incident’ though ![]()
I wonder, having done it for a while, you notice any other secondary or positive side effects? For example, does it lift your mood, help you sleep better, give you more positivity in your day, ect? ![]()

しょーもない話していいか?
— GACKT (@GACKT) June 18, 2025
コロナの時期に、
自分で髪を刈り上げた時の話だ。
当時住んでたマルタから成田に到着し、乗客全員がイミグレに向かっていた。
イミグレの前に立ってた係のおじさんが指をさしながら大声で
「FORIGNER? 右ね!」
「日本人? 左に進んで!」… pic.twitter.com/XVaytDWolZ
No it has as I said made it 0.5cm longer. No other effect, no side effect. I wil keep doing the practice and can update you all in here if you are interested. I saw the effect was discussed at another famous site as well, so it is a “thing” and not only me doing it.
By the way Gackt looks fresh AF above. He was in some commercial the other day where he looked very “plastic”, but good to see that good old Gackt is back. Hairstyle, everything, he is just killin it looking fresh AF!
Really; that’s intriguing. Always interested in hearing about such, I guess ‘natural methods’ for various things so, for sure, I’m down for updates as long as you’re willing to give them!
Isn’t that picture above old though? It says something about how he cut his own hair during Covid…
Proof in pictures of growth of the beast before and after just for science? ![]()

it’s nice to see gackt’s eyes every once in a while lol. and that haircut looks good on him!
I really dont know if this thread is a subtle irony or everything is for real ![]()
GACKT and ENGLISH dilemma
日本人はテストや点数重視の英語勉強が多いが、大事なのは点数よりも生きた英語。
— GACKT (@GACKT) July 20, 2025
点数だけの英語は誰かに評価される時にしか役に立たないが、生きた英語は人生を豊かにしてくれる。
だが、そんな素敵な英語の話者は日本には少ない。…
The part of the quote shared here is something I definitely agree with, and it applies to almost every taught subject in general.
This issue with education is certainly true in the UK where many subjects are designed to be ‘learned’ through cramming massive amounts of information but not used in a practical way unless you choose to go into a specific career.
What I don’t agree with is the conspiracy-theory bullshit he comes up with afterwards, basically saying that the current education system exists to deliberately make Japanese people bad at English, which is bogus. Maybe there’s some subtlety lost in the translation that I’m not understanding, but he doesn’t seem to deny this theory.
it doesn’t sound that far off, considering it’s one of the easier ways to counteract brain drain - and a lot of occupations in Japan are underpaid+overworked compared to the west/even near east.
there was an exodus of Japanese engineers around 20 years ago that made a lot of local tech manufacturers lag behind and lose key markets to samsung, etc:
(which is kinda self-repeating in some way, because Japan already had almost a million engineers developing korean industries before korea got split in two parts, and the SK picked up on american collaboration to develop its economy in a move that didn’t really brought any overnight prosperity, or better work conditions over there.)
since arts/culture operate on the surplus of money that is earned somewhere else, it’s understandable he’s being pissed off with the dwindling music scene funding, while the opportunities to expand abroad for someone of his generation always were very scarce.
(I still don’t think there would be a better market for pop music-adjacent people in the west even if they spoke better english, tbh.)
