So there are stretches you can do.
From what I have read in the literature, the effects are temporary, and that’s assumed to be because you’ve irritated it and it’s a bit inflamed. One study I read said that it increased the size permanently by about 1 inch but the sample size was small. The other study said there was no effect.
I’ve read that size down there is a combo of genetics and the health of the mother during pregnancy. The latter explains why many countries with recent wars, food shortages, etc. have populations with a smaller average size. But a lot of this is based on self reported sizes so it’s hard to say.
It doesn’t look like any real research worth anything has been done, at least enough to say anything definitively, which makes a lot of these ‘techniques’ more of a ‘mental comfort’ thing, particularly since there is said to be a temporary effect.
