gatagata has disbanded at 2024/08/28.
On September 1 they will form a new project with 3 members.

idk how we missed this (other than I don’t follow idols closely lol) but we now know why gatagata had to break up - one of their members had gotten arrested about 2 weeks ago!
カネキセイゴ (Kaneki Seigo), who is also a ex.member of Himitsu Kessha NiRVERGE ∀, was arrested on 8/22 for indecent conduct with a teenager by touching her inappropriately. gatagata gave a vague statement on their social media, which has since been deleted, admitting that Seigo was “causing a stir” but didn’t go into details on the situation. Seigo himself denies the charges.
