Gazette have a lottery on kuji plus. Has anyone ever used this side?
The F price, which one is most likely to get is digital (wallpaper) and I was wondering if you could even claim it, if you used a proxy. I can use the japanense address of a friend but I am also not sure if they would accept non japanense credit cards. They list visa and master but still not sure if the have to be issued by a bank in Japan to work.
