Okay, I’m new here and I made this account purely for the fact that I’ve been going nuts for the last 7 years trying to find a song I would listen to in middle school from 2013 to 2017. It’s existence has been completely wiped from every corner of the internet. I’ve tried the way back machine, japanese based music sites and any other forum you can think of.
Now, all I remember from the music video was this: It starts off kind of slow, 4 or 5 emo/scene dudes are walking into what looks like a futuristic parking garage. Throughout the video, they start messing with what I can only describe as fluorescent light tubes, very bright blue light that contrasted the dark setting. One of the members always stuck out to me, he had very long, blonde hair, may have been wearing glasses and a lot of clips and decora in his hair. I believe he played either drums or base. The singer at some point is sitting in a single room in a chair with one of said lights.
Now the part that’s always made me mad: The poster on YouTube wasn’t the band itself, it was a randomly generated username with some numbers in it. And the name of the song was something with “Hikari”. I know its a very popular name for a lot of Japanese songs, but there was more to the name that I cant remember. I know the video was vaguely about light in the darkness, but that’s it. That’s all I can recall. When I tried to find it back in late high school, it was deleted from a specific playlist that also had a lot of music from Deluhi, specifically, it always sat right beneath the song “Revolver Blast”. No one knows what I’m talking about when I describe it but its been so long I may have lost some details in my memory.
I know the melody and if there was a way I could record what it sounded like, I’d do so in a heartbeat, even if I’m bad at singing.
I would do anything to hear it again just to stop from going insane, sorry for the rambling
