Hey! Total newbie here. I only know a tiny bit about the band +ISOLATION and I was just curious about something I’ve noticed in their art.
It’s awesome, don’t get me wrong, but the red cross is what confused me. I’ve heard it’s protected by law? Correct me if I’m wrong, I don’t know much about these things! Are they allowed to use it? And, would someone cosplaying their visuals be allowed to use it?
It’s my understanding that as long as you’re not claiming the symbol to be yours, you’re not profitting off of it, and you’re not in Japan you should be fine.
