Thats good to hear! Do you know what part of the country they will be in? I don’t mean to sound intrusive
Imminence is also playing Tuska, I wonder if they put in a good word. Either way, glad to see them again so soon!
A number of people on social media comments have complained about this for years now, because “nothing is heavy or black enough”. I don’t think they’ll get heckled though, people who don’t want to listen just won’t show up to the stage.
If anything they’ll probably get an actual mosh pit this time around, since there won’t be children in the audience.
All across North America basically
The culture has changed as well. I don’t think people are expressly hostile to different things as they were in the 2000s when Japan in the Finnish boomer mindset was equated with Pokemon, effeminate men and rice hats. And Tuska’s changed to the point that no one even remotely underground-affliated and metalcore-allergic even considers going there, unlike 20, 15 years ago when Tuska booked for them as also. Now they’ve completely stopped doing that the festival can be headlined by Bring Me The Horizon and stuff, so Jiluka’s a good fit
THEY’RE UNDER THE SAME BILL AS SLIPKNOT!!!
Surely Corey Taylor or Clown will take notice and bring them on tour or atleast take a backstage pic. Maybe im hoping for too much lol but if Hanabie and Babymetal can take pics it’d be cool to see Sena or Ricko with them
I feel that. Im skeptical as whether to check it out as if they are all like the last 4 singles theyve put out its going to be a bore fest but if they actually have some stuff more like the old stuff thrown in as well it could be good. Only one way to find out i guess.
- Who needs a best of after Xanadu? They havent released that much since then… lol
Flyer now says
“2 festivals + headliner shows (to be announced)” for Europe
“Brazil + headliner shows (to be determined)” for South America

Ouch. The London prices are STEEP
Larger venues this time👀, lets hope they can reach the 1000+ capacity soon
So what are the prices for regular tickets? They don’t let us know do theyyyy~
The ticket info for specific shows with links is on their twitter here.
I hope regular tickets price won’t be too expensive🙏 Also it says “special guest : NiNi”, does someone know who is it?
I think it’s this artist. They don’t have the Jiluka dates on their website yet but they habe two europe dates in June which are not overlapping with Jiluka.
Yep. Probably gonna skip them again. Im getting lazier with going to gigs these days anyway and those kind of prices dont encourage me out. I mean there are better gigs coming up this year that are STACKED for £10-20 less so when it comes to picking and choosing theyre making it easy for me.
Sorry to those stalking the forum who dont like my opinion on Jiluka related things. Haha. This isnt even a reflection on the band, just shit pricing which is going up everywhere sadly.
Well the kids are willing to pay and when I see what some people spend on cheki, then that concert ticket will be the least problem.
(No offense here against the cheki collectors, do what makes you happy)
But hey, I am not going to concerts eitherway so whatever to me. I said my beer last year I am done repeating myself like a broken record.
That is unfortunately true, I’ve seen enough complaints on r/metalcore too about ticket and merch prices.
