Tomomi Ozaki from PS Company confirmed that Isshi committed suicide in an interview in 2014. It’s written and sourced on Kagrra’s Japanese Wikipedia page.
Until her interview no cause of death was given as per request by his family, so it’s a bit controversial.

I read this myself but I haven’t really been able to accept it or process it… The lyrics to his solo project’s song Ribetsu is so gutting, with this in mind.

I had no idea we were so close to losing Ozaki several times. Man, she is one tough cookie! Visual kei flows like blood in her veins.
Anyone got more details about these court cases?
Never mind the pronouns - I’m sure this part is in reference to Isshi. Developing aphasia in response is wild. I also applaud her for her honesty about several things, including this.

I suppose it is good to have a confirmation but this kinda broke me today ngl. I rediscovered my old blog last night and read my Kaggra, concert report, remembering how awesome it all was
The music, the show, the everything 
Isshi had a giant cheat sheet he read full sentences off of in our native language, pronouncing everything so carefully. He brought so much joy to us all that day. I gave him a tiny plushie at the signing session afterwards and it made him smile. I am glad to have given him a tiny peace of joy back

For the last couple of days I been listening to their albums. I never took the time to listen to them years ago when they were active. So, far I listen to the Indies Best 200-2003, Hyakki Kenran, Shu, Core,and Shizuku. Next I will listen to San. So, far I like Indies Best and Shue the best.
