Didn’t they leave PSC for their own company, HERESY Inc?
Also they have been carrying vk for a long time now, if they disband it’s totally over for the genre.

In my opinion, I don’t think they would ever disband. Maybe at most pause to deal with the situation if it gets super out of hand and that is on worst case scenario.
Last I checked they have been with Sony since the release of Shiver

Hard to guess what is going on… But it would really suck if they disbanded, they are one of the OG jrock/vk bands most of used to listen to back then. Even with what happened this year I want them to push through and come back on stage! Which also can be seen as a tribute.
I remember in the OG days they all used to wear a T-shirt sayin “gazerock is not dead”.
GAZEROCK IS NOT DEAD!
inb4 they come back as ガゼット to the chagrin of upper Management. It would be one way.
Damnit, I don’t like it ![]()

Oha, Gaze house is on fire. Ruki and Uruha also posted very ominousely about believing in the GazettE to keep existing….
Fuck…
Yeah.. We’ll see how things unfold, but a least Ruki said that he will keep writing music so there’s that.
But not Aoi?
Yeah, I found this info on Reddit. Everybody repost expect Aoi
Just in case, one of them ( Ruki or Uruha idr ) said " the five of us " so it’s a good way to stop the weird ass rumors about internal conflict between the members.
Edit : It was Uruha, and he said " I believe in those 5 members ".
Wait did I miss something? Is there more information being posted/reposted about them possibly not continuing activities?
Aoi hadn’t posted in months until he announced his new guitar the day Kai posted what this thread is about.
He even didn’t ahead of or after his live of the member produced ones a few months ago.
This is kind of worrying. They are on a rough patch and maybe rougher than during the Covid period when it was just about survival. Now it looks like they are falling apart after Reita’s passing which is normal if you look at Linkin Park’s case when they lost Chester who was the pedestal of the band and took them many years of recovery. I’m sure the GazettE and fans are trying put their shiat tgt and continue to pull thru this tough moment. Ruki’s recent posts truly reflect the meaning of their LAST SONG.
I’m convinced they are still fighting a lot to make it through this but with what they say I’m not sure, if falling apart is how I’d name it. After all they continuously emphasize that they don’t intend to give up (mostly not as directly though).
To me they seem to still need time that’s why I don’t mind, if the release of the album won’t happen soon, if there’s no tour, be it in Japan or abroad yet. I don’t think it would benefit them, if they rushed things just because people are waiting. Yeah, I’m craving new music, too, but most of all I want them to be stable enough to do this.
I observed this about Aoi for months now and I was worried. Seeing him announce the guitar is a tiny step towards a good direction, I think.
It’s genuinely Aoi’s personality I feel. He doesn’t try to stand out among others be it in live performances or shows. In a group of ppl there will always be one person that zones out and chill but still do things that need to be done and that’s him. Maybe as he gets older his personality becomes more apparent. Netizens are too quick to make assumptions
Im actually glad Aoi isn’t saying anything (yet). And I don’t think it means anything that he hasn’t.
He could just be dealing with whatever in his own way, which I respect. Not everything needs to be shared to social media. Doesn’t matter how popular you are or if it’s expected.
And No disrespect to the other members but after a while, either yall fess up to whats going on, or just don’t post/keep fighting whatever fight internally. The vague posting (no matter how justified), followed by clearly uninformed fan theories, just heightens things.
I wish them the best of luck. I hope they pull through whatever it is. And at this point I could care less if new music comes out. This is clearly the priority. But we are not and probably will never be privy to whats really going on.
