This is not actually how law works, least of all in Japan. There was never a criminal case against him but there could be many reasons for that. There often aren’t in domestic abuse cases after all. Ofc we will never know for certain what happened but I have to say that in his case the receipts we do have are pretty damming. Add to that the fact that almost everyone who has worked with him long-term seems to no longer associate with him like @Leo said and it doesn’t paint a very flattering picture of his character.
wait didn’t he once fake being in the hospital and was posting pictures of paper cranes fans had given him but they were like stock images..why do I have a vivid memory of this
Somehow sometimes the worst human beings are also the best artists : Caravaggio, Radiohead, and Kisaki.
Can’t believe this man is involved in so many of my favourite VK bands
And the lineup is indeed disappointing actually ??
Please don’t take me at all serious bc i live in the US, do not know what i’m talking about, and have only heard hearsay, but the hearsay i’ve heard circles around something like:
Japan cites 99% prosecution rate in part by only taking and prosecuting cases that are near sure convictions.
Compared to my country i’m familiar with, a lack of Japanese prosecution isn’t as strong an indicator of allegations being untrue or unfounded.
yeah i really wouldn’t cite anything about japan’s criminal system if i was defending something, it’s so incredibly fucked up
good video on the subject: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2ky4jDgmZHE
Best thing kisaki ever did was been kicked out by the dir en boys
Sure did Or maybe he was, but the cranes were definitively fake, people found the pic on Google LMAO
There was also the rumour of him asking people he knew to bid on stuff he put for sale on eBay, to make the prices go up.
But all of these were “funny” and excusable. Pathetic, but funny. I wish it stayed at that.
