If it’s a limited revival of Phantasmagoria, Syndrome and Mirage, along with some Matina and Undercode revivals, I’d better prepare my wallet

Nice of him to take a break from criminal activities to come back to music again.

(Looks like some new music is on its way as well.)

The MIRAGE revival already happened
in case you missed it, I’m not blaming you - it fizzled out under a year and just faded away, never to be talked about again.

Raphael’s Yuki and Matenrou Opera’s Sono also involved, it seems https://x.com/KISAKI_OFFICIAL/status/1933460531039642109

Kisaki saw how many bands are involved in scandals and crimes and came back to claim his throne

If he’s reviving Phantasmagoria I will have no choice but to book a trip to Japan next year

You are not alone in this, my friend.

I used to really enjoy Phantasmagoria, but no matter how much I liked them, I can’t see myself supporting this man again.

Oh boy. There’s the whole tax fraud thing, he was ordered to pay millions by a judge (back in 2006 I think), him posting picture of SUI passed out drink obviously without his consent (he vowed to never perform again after this scandal. Just like all his MANY retirement announcements, that didn’t last long.)

But more importantly, this. (TW: child abuse)

I can say this, those were allegations which don’t mean they 100% happened. If something is posted on tanuki don’t believe it with 100% of your soul. Most of these allegations even with “evidence” doesn’t clarify shit. KISAKI was never imprisoned for this either. He would have gotten convicted if so bc Japanese law is so strict. This was proven to be bullshit when nothing came of it. He still known as a staple in vk and hangs out with everyone’s favorite bandmen. If he did those things his reputation would have dropped hard asf. I mean look at maria cross lmfao

The tax fraud thing on the otherhand did happen

Honestly, not impressed with the lineup. I hoped that as a senpai he would ask all the various disbanded bands and they would not be able to refuse to him and revive for a day. So my wallet is safe since I don’t need to travel to Japan then in March.

even the overall line up feels so random

Honnestly I find it very telling that most of his UCP mates don’t get associated with him anymore.

If so, then it’s weird to me. I guess somebody from Japan can shed the light on it, but I felt that given his professional reputation (let’s forget about the personal one for a sec) and the senpai-kohai model, they would not refuse him.

But yeah, who knows.

Kisaki releasing his own “memorial” album very much giving “I’m not dead, I’m just thinking about myself”

No Riku
 he definitely isolated himself.

In 10 hours the original twit amassed 2 replies. I dunno, feels like he’s definitely losing his relevance
