Is last.fm actually usable again? I was a heavy user until their complete failure of reconstructing the site. Which was sad because the community was great.
Would you recommend to go give it a new chance?

Last.fm is very much dead. It’s really only used for scrobbles now.
I’m still there, scrobbling away. I share a Spotify account with my wife, though, so my scrobbles have become a bit…chaotic and unbalanced, hahaha.
It would be awesome if one could import last.fm scrobbles to wavy.fm. I assume that’s not a thing (yet)?
Not yet, but I’ve heard the devs talking about making it an option. They did mention that it might be a premium/paid for service, though.

If they adopted the last.fm premium pricing, I would be all for it… maybe.
I asked you the same thing on private hahaha. Yeah, we’re friends! Nowadays Clan dos Mortos Cicatriz is pretty different from what it sounded like on that split.
Btw do you have pathétique poupée’s 1st album (I don’t remember its name, was it ‘Rokudou’)? I even tried asking Zé and Eto but they don’t seem to have it. I only have their noise stuff and “ima, messeeji wa onaji kedo” single.
I have that CD somewhere at my mom’s place. It’d take me a while to find it. I had ripped it, but I’ve long lost the mp3s. 
I remember uploading it to Last.fm… Dunno if there’s any way to recover them.

Never understood the point of ‘scrobbling’. Not massively comfortable with the idea that someone’s collecting my listening habits as data. I almost only ever listen to CDs, anyway, so even if I wanted to collect my stats for myself, they would be very incomplete.

Oh last.fm, one of my favorite crumbling institutions. I still scrobble but it’s been a few years since I’ve logged in.
I was a dingus teenager and reset my history once around 2010. Can’t remember why, but it is what it is.
Tempted to sign up for Wavy to see what it’s all about.
Been using it for a little while…
My iPhone is struggling to scrobble some 18000 tracks right now, but still, love last.fm. B-T always #1
