he just had joined too, didn’t he? after leaving zetsumei, he did support for magical bad trip (now disbanded iirc) and now lyrica. so thats like….three groups in three years

Lyrica will be disbanding on March 13.
I deeply understand how painful and difficult it is to accept such a sudden announcement.
To be honest, even we don’t know if this was the right decision.
But now that we’ve made this choice, we intend to stand on stage with everything we have for the two remaining live shows, with no regrets.

First of all, I sincerely apologize for suddenly disappearing from everyone’s sight.
I also deeply apologize for allowing such a long period of time to pass before being able to share these words with you.
From the beginning of this year until around April, a number of circumstances overlapped, leaving me temporarily unable to continue my activities with the band.
However, regardless of those circumstances, it was entirely my responsibility to suddenly cut off all contact and disappear without explaining anything to anyone.
As a result, I caused a great deal of worry and inconvenience to many people.
Furthermore, the concerts that had already been scheduled in Japan and overseas, as well as various other planned activities, could no longer be carried out. I also placed a tremendous burden on the other members of the band, and for that I am deeply sorry.
Above all, I sincerely apologize for betraying the expectations of everyone who had been looking forward to those activities.
There was a time when I wondered whether it would be better if I simply never showed myself again.
However, I now believe that ending everything without saying anything would be the greatest betrayal of those who supported me and of everyone who loved Lyrica’s music.
I fully understand that many of you have harsh criticisms or strong words for me.
I accept them sincerely, and from now on I want to regain the trust I have lost through my actions.

Honestly he actually should try to explain the reasons. You were in only two groups and both times you fucking leaved them alone unannounced betraying their trust. An apology alone should not be alone be expected to build this trust back up. Considering the kind of immature fandom the band had they probably end up forgiving their little bunny with no second thoughts and honestly I hate that.

Really not very looking for an exact and detailed explanation, but the last part of the message is at least manipulative.
After doing the same thing twice, i wonder if the people inside the circuit will be willing to do business with him, like live houses, and potential management/staff.
Internationally, he has the favor of many, but locally is a bit unknown.

dude should just get into solo work and let alone other potential members instead of traumatizing them. he’s not even all that.
I know that mental issues are not linear and can be very unpredictable but it’s not all about you, you’ve got to take responsability for other people as well.

I dont agree that he should say what happened or give a reason, he does see and understand this could have been handled better and what it costed them in the end. Cant say that it’s too convincing, as he said he has to gain the trust in others. Lots of members in the scene have done worse and their fans are still there to glaze over whatever happened.
At some point, a man has to decide if this is what he wants to do with his life.
A degree of professionalism is expected. A lot of bands say “We’re disbanding”, but still play shows for another year. That’s often because they just have that many obligations that they would burn too many bridges if they cancelled.
Usagi seriously couldn’t even show up for the final show. And it wasn’t just a few taibans and birthday shows, but an EU tour that he caused them to have to lose. Basically, he probably caused the other members to waste a lot of time, money and goodwill on his inability to show up for a couple handful of dates.
I think people being skeptical of his apology now are right to feel that way.

the problem is that it is the second time he did it (the previous band Degene has fired him because he also left the group unnanounced with them being unable to get into contact with him at all). I would accept this kind of apology for a member who did such things for the first time (as long as he doesn’t order pizza for himself with the band budget)
at this point this sorta behaviour is only justified if you can give a reason for the behaviour fans could actually understand and symphatise with. I will not trust a “trust me” of a person who broke oaths two times

He was fired from Degene for his turbulent and violent behavior. They felt the need to include that he caused more than one member to experience “mental breakdowns”. He just was a bad dude all around. It wasn’t that they lost contact, they just cut contact and no one from Degene besides him continued in the scene after the distress he caused. He even vandalized band equipment.
