I like the visual shock style they went for in the video. But I think the song is a bit too “Avantgarde” for me
I think many of us were awaiting a project like this, with familiar members and Genki on vocals. It sounds great, and I want more of this. This could be their real re-entry into the scene.
I wasn’t expecting Yoshiatsu on drums, but the idea is very, very interesting to me.
I only know Shindo from the times he’s modeled for Mana.
Gave the song a listen and didn’t really vibe with it, but still good for them. Yoshiatsu on drums was totally unexpected. xD
I’m gonna keep an eye on this band. Maybe I’ll enjoy some future releases more.
WHAT A PROJECT WITH TSUZUKU AND YOSHI?!
Tsuzuku’s understandably hogging most of the attention here after being involved in dreck for the past 7 years or so, but it’s especially the other members’ contributions that I’m into here. It’s great to have him out of the morass of metalcore derivatives that much the scene has been sunk under and be a part of something with musicians with a track record of doing something other than loud kei; if there’s anything of Fukuro, Belle and Liplich in this project, that’d be fantastic, and while this loose nu-metal jam vibe is a promising start, there’s always that chance this’ll end up like Mamireta’s initial attempts at expanding their sound, or god forbid, the sort of bedroom temu music he’s been involved with since Mejibray. Anyway like I said above, looking forward to more music from them so we’ll get a better handle at their identity.
It honestly sounds like a Dir en grey track, but not the kind of thing I really love about them. Even the clean vocals remind me of them a little. I’ve never been into these musicians, aside from a few tracks, but it’ll be interesting to see how it goes.
Well that was sick as fuck. Really digging the instrumentation, unhinged vocals, and general menacing vibe. Kind of feels like a Mazohyst of Decadence rip off and I’m here for it.
I’m really excited to see where this goes!
From the description of the MV, the song is from their first album “NEW ORDER”.
from ALBUM soo then we will have first album in soon.
Not bad. I missed the boat on Mejibray a while back so I don’t know anything by this vocalist save for 2 or 3 songs. But I know that he’s pretty popular.
Not generally my vibe, but I can’t deny that the song has some stuff that I absolutely love. Even a little bass fret tapping which is my cryptonite.
Definitely going to give the album a listen.
I dig this, a lot!
I kinda like it but it really feels like a re-hashed dir en grey x Mamireta song
Another garbage screams band, lasted 15 seconds. What happened to singing in VK? Sooo tired.
just happy to see taizo lol
you really can see how happy tsuzuku is to finally have a mad drummer to play with again (he seems to really love to do fanservices with drummers).
also wataru adds so much to this MV performance wise, doing his usual shibari art and even playing his bass in shibari himself.
I’m so ready for this, if they keep it up like that (by which I don’t mean, that everything shall exactly sound like this song).
It’s nice to see Tsuzuku back in his element.
I’m kind of surprised to see Wataru in a band like this though.
I dont like this trend of band names, the other day i saw a band called “zolpidem”, this band just went full in with “DRUGS”… the song itself reminds me a bit about dir en grey but it doesn’t have the catch/hook that is needed to be memorable/you wanting to listen to it again.
The song aint for me i dont know why yoshiatsu is drums though it doesent make sense to me but we’ll see how it goes best of luck to him and the rest of the group
