I will repeat! Yes, it’s complicated. There are bureaucracies, contracts, rights, and timing to align. From what I’ve read, there were interviews back about the pandemic that already hinted at this feeling. The pandemic clearly shook the band and probably planted the seed for this 1,000-day tour. These things take time to come together. If it were just a matter of “wanting,” a lot more VK catalog would have been online years ago.
And you’re not the first one to tell me that. I’ve got nothing against it. But when it comes to music, it’s better if things take time and are properly planned. Ryutaro and the band have always been very deliberate; they’re never in a rush. In my view, their discography already feels quite complete, even if a few albums are still missing.
Huh. It’ll be nice to actually hear a proper version of the Bucchi era.
Off-Topic: Delk, why do you always have to sound so fucking demeaning in every fucking thread? Quit being a bully about knowledge that isn’t exactly common place or I WILL report you at every turn.
Let me be clear: my comments were never about dismissing/demeaning someone, but about the reality of how releases work. What I wrote is based on interviews and magazines from the band itself. I’m a fan too, but also realistic it’s not about simply ‘wanting’ things on demand, it’s about the band’s own pace and decisions and i am not that i am saying that, its how the band is and their behavior following these almost 20 years following them.
Bringing an off-topic personal attack against me instead of addressing the subject is not acceptable. This is a forum, everyone is free to share opinions even when we disagree, but threatening me publicly just creates noise and confusion. I don’t tolerate that, and I won’t engage in personal drama when we’re supposed to be discussing music.
Ok, end of argument. I can see that @delkmiroph’s language can come across as abrasive, so in future @delkmiroph please be mindful of how you express your information. I understand you try to be objective, however, your tone can come across as condescending, I’m sure unintentionally. You may have a lot of Plastic Tree knowledge, but that doesn’t mean others cannot express how they interpret releases and events without being corrected in this way. This isn’t censorship or reprimand, rather a suggestion to find ways to communicate with others more collaboratively.
@ZephyrHFN, please refrain from escalating disagreements into full-blown arguments – this unnecessarily detracts from the thread discussion. Just use the report feature or message a moderator in the first instance, we’re happy to help out and it will ensure our focus is directed to the right place as soon as possible. I will keep these posts up, however, any further argument will be deleted.
