Pun-chan, the Brussels Griffon owned by Dir en grey/Sukekiyo/Petit Brabancon/Two Monstrous Nuclear Stockpiles frontman Kyo, is teasing a pop-up crepe shop and Madaraningen fashion line on social media. The crepe shop has apparently already opened, but the location is a mystery locked behind clues on Kyo’s fanclub.
I honestly really like this idea.
It definitely has a lot of own character in comparison to gaining “merch” money through simply shirt designs. But I am pretty sure that the mysterious location thing ends up just ruining the sales.
The mystery location is part of the charm of pop ups. Generates a lot of word-of-mouth buzz as people try to figure out where Pun-chan will open up shop next.
Unrelated but should i create a thread discussing about Bandomen’s non-musical line and it’s quality? I knew some, like madaraningen (Kyo’s fashion line) nil due/nil un (Ruki’s fashion line) Energy Studio XY (Yoshiki’s Energy Drink line) and whatever Tatsurou’s Wine line called
is it like a collective thread (as in focusing on all side projects instead of just one)? I’d call it “Bandmens’ side gigs”, “Bandmen Businesses”, or smth like that
