happens to the best of us
When i met Sadie, I think it was Aki or Tsurugi who looked at my Dir en grey shirt and said “Ah, diru sugoi”
When i landed in Japan for school, the first night i was left at Chubu airport and literally had to change shirts because the humidity was so bad. This was at like 10pm but me freaking out being abandoned probably didnt help the situation.
why, why, why do people buy VIP tickets to just be a (not even a zombie as those thing actually move) bunch of dead logs in the front row???
the music is rock, it doesn’t mean you have to be one.
fuckin absolute “pillars” of the fan community
Because they don’t want to miss out even one second of their idol on stage
It’s not just about music to them, but looking at their idol in real life
I usually am someone who’s headbanging most of the time.
I barely did in Paris and really watched Azavana (or rather Ryo) all the time. However, I didn’t stand still, I’ve been jumping, whooping, punching my fist in the air and all these typical movements all the time. I also don’t understand that statue-like behavior (but I also don’t get that when seeing takes from fans in Japan, they often either seem to be frozen or going as hard that I fear for their health but barely anything inbetween.
I just want you all to know:
I got the promotion. I now make over 60,000/yr.
congrats!!!
Okay, this is legit bothering me
I’ve been listening to Empty Room by SADIE, and the verse sounds super familiar to me, and I can’t figure out what song it sounds similar to.
Verse reminds me of a DIR EN GREY song I’ve heard and I’m having difficulty finding it- maybe someone can help?
I just did an A/B test with System of a Down’s “Question!” on YouTube Music vs. My original CD copy.
So, uh, fuck Google; I thought I was going nuts, but no. AI artifacting is present in almost EVERY SINGLE TRACK on YTM. It’ll either be a fucking weird hum, or weird little crispy hits on a percussive instrument, or the fucking bass part has been reduced to a very weird sounding low end.
Noticed it on some Laputa tracks, and began noticing it MORE when replaying my work Playlist.
Is that AI artifacting or VBR encoding?
I double checked and it’s not VBR encoding. A/C/D tested with YTM (HQ Quality), 128kbps VBR, and 320kbps VBR.
You know, I’ve always thought the intro sounded familiar but I can’t figure out the original song.
A post was merged into an existing topic: JILUKA new digital single “DeViLs” release + 2026 USA tour
I’m hearing the other song clearly in my head and I’m just unable to find it
anyone in japan going to go see angine de poitrine??
Last night I listened to SUGIZO while reading Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep? was quite the experience. I definitely feel like it pairs well, like those romance books with playlists in the front. I’d highly recommend it.
I slept so much today. I came back super late from Paris (B7klan Festival) last week on monday and on Wednesdays I was told, I need to go on a business trip on monday to the UK. Came back yesterday night x____x
I was happy to finally be appriciated enough at work to do the trip, tho.
I didn’t know book authors death would hurt as much as bandmen. After Paul Auster, now it’s Keigo Higashino’s turn to leave this world and my heart aches. Those two has always been on my top 5 list of favourite authors so yeaaaah it indeed hurts a bit ( a lot ) ![]()
