Does anyone know if any VK bands have had any releases in any of these formats? I’m guessing they’d be pretty expensive if they exist but it’d be cool to experience J-rock in a high-fidelity format since I have a home theater system. I’d love to listen to a soundtrack that way but unfortunately it seems that that never caught on.
If anyone who has music in these formats wants to chime in, I’m all ears!

Not sure about physical VK releases with such audio quality, but you can check out J-rock releases in Hi-Res on mora.jp. I think digital releases are your best bet if you’re looking for J-rock stuff in such quality. For example:
