This seem like a reasonable place to ask that in, but I literally remember watching a Visual Kei MV long long ago but can’t find it again for the life of me :l
Reason I think it’s valid sharing it here is : I’m pretty sure it has Carnival/circus vibes !
All I remember is that + An instrumental break in the middle with a steady camera turning 360 degrees and filming the members in a circle one by one.
I have the melody of the break in mind too 
, typical circus/carnival vibes played with accordion.
PS : I might have dreamed it or mixed my memories, but I think I remember Ikuma and Ryuji from REIGN ( which have been shared in the thread ) ??? ( might as well be Liraizo too lol )
But I went thru every single MV on their channel many times and I can’t find the soooonnng ! 
Hope some charitable soul will be able to help me thanks 
If it’s Japanese countryside carnival, nothing beats this song.
