This sounds suspiciously like studio-recorded audio over live video footage (with maybe some short segments of the live audio mixed in here and there). At least in the parts I skimmed into the vocals barely matched up to his mouth movements, lmao. I wonder who is this for?
That said, since the “karaoke tours” seem to be gaining traction overseas lately, he would be the only artist I’d actually go see live in such a setup. I respect him from afar still, I just wish he had better production to present his art in an actually enjoyable way…
Ohh something good coming our way. Yeah I agree still that creatively, this is STILL MEJIBRAY, just without proper instrumentation and mixing to make it presentable. Cant complain!
Definitely nice to see wataru in a new group which hopefully gives him all opportunities to slut himself out again.
I just hope they get at a later point also other musicians because even with the deep respect I have for all bassist in most cases they need also other musicians to really get the energy in lives because bass often tends to be hidden in the mix.
