I don’t know. The threads are just similar, but a lot of the musicians just delete their accounts after the band disbands… I found a bunch of musicians I like in Instagram because of it 
I was referring to the fact that I cannot post Gazette music on Instagram stories

You can also add over Instagram music, music to your reels etc.
Ideally if you add music like that it should also link of the Artists Instagram profile, if you tap/click over it.
Oh and yes there are artists region blocked on there

Search up their band names add official behind or jp or jpn and you will usually come across any band accounts
